AI Enablement + Workflow Implementation

AI that works inside your actual workflow, not on top of it

Your team is already using AI. The question is whether it's working for you, or whether your CD is rewriting 80% of every draft to make it sound like your brand again.

I spent a year building the AI infrastructure I kept wishing existed at every job I've ever had. Now I build it for creative teams: inside your Slack, your Asana, your Notion, your Google Drive. I watch how your people work day to day, then wire AI into the grooves of what's already happening. Not everything gets undone and rebuilt. Most of it gets optimized, connected, and amplified.

And when the engagement ends, your team owns and runs everything we built. That part is structural, not a nice-to-have.

Where teams usually are when they call me

The AI drafts don't sound like you

Captions, briefs, decks, product copy, all of it coming out sounding like every other brand on the internet. The time savings are imaginary when a senior creative rewrites most of every draft. And each AI-touched draft quietly becomes the new baseline for your voice.

Two people use AI, ten don't

A couple of early adopters use it for everything. A few dabble. The rest don't touch it. No shared playbook, no shared prompts, no shared brand context, and output quality that depends on who picked up the work that day.

Pressure with no playbook

The CEO or the client wants AI on the invoice. A board meeting produced a mandate and zero headcount. You've subscribed to four tools, use one inconsistently, and every Wednesday somebody swears a new one is the answer.

The offer ladder

Four ways in, priced in the open

Most consultants make you sit through three calls to hear a number. Here's the whole menu.

Fixed fee, paid on signing · 2 weeks

Voice Kit

$4,500

One-time, paid on signing

Brand voice extraction as a named, scoped deliverable. I interview your voice owners, audit your real collateral, distill how you sound into a working document, and build it directly into Claude so your team can write, design, and create in your voice across AI tools. It minimizes editing. It doesn't eliminate it, and I won't tell you otherwise.

  • Interviews with founder, brand lead, and 1–2 voice owners
  • Audit of existing proposals, emails, social, scripts, and decks
  • Voice document: tone, vocabulary, no-go words, sentence structure, brand reflexes
  • Built into Claude as a Project, translates to Canva, ChatGPT, and other platforms
  • "If-this-then-that" guardrails: what the brand is and is not
  • 2-week tuning period + 60-minute team walkthrough

How the hours work: retainer hours deploy flexibly across the engagement and expire at engagement end, no rollover. Overage runs $165/hr. Payment is upfront or monthly-in-advance as listed, no Net 30.

What I guarantee, and what I don't

Guaranteed

  • A delivered Voice Kit you own, as a working Claude Project
  • The workflow implementations named in your engagement, built and working
  • Training and documentation so your team runs it all without me
  • Straight answers about what AI can't do for you yet

Not guaranteed

  • Revenue gains, productivity multiples, or headcount changes
  • Specific time savings or cost savings
  • Team adoption rates
  • That your team is "fully self-sufficient" in 12 weeks. That's the trajectory, not the contract

When a real number does exist, I show you where it came from. Every metric in my case studies is labeled verified, client-estimated, or Danee-observed. That's the Receipts Framework, and it's how I'd rather earn trust than with a guarantee I can't back.

Proof

What this looks like in the wild

Raw Creative, a 12-person studio, went from operations living in five people's heads to Slack architecture, Asana as the source of truth, consolidated finances, and a Claude workspace across every department. The payroll fix, the tool consolidation, and a custom estimating engine are all documented in the case study, with every number labeled by source.
