About

Hiya, I'm Danee

Executive Creative Producer. Founder of Danee Co. Empathetic Pisces, fluent in creative language, and the person teams call when the work is ambitious and the systems aren't.

I've spent 10+ years running creative operations inside brands teams respect: first creative producer hire at Lucid Motors (scaled to Executive Producer, led the Gravity reveal), a $7M customer education center at Slack, plus work with Netflix, Allbirds, and Pinterest. Then I took a year off from full-time corporate work and built the AI infrastructure for my own consultancy, piloting tools in my own workspace until the clunky early days gave way to work that moved faster than it ever had inside a corporate environment.

Danee Co is the result: a solo consultancy at the intersection of high-stakes production experience and practical AI implementation, for ambitious creative teams, founders, and brand-side operators who need infrastructure without adding headcount.

What I believe

AI adoption is a curiosity problem

The teams that make AI stick aren't the ones with the cleanest code. They're the ones willing to pilot a tool for two days inside a real project, find where it breaks, and iterate. Curiosity is the input variable. Everything else is downstream.

And an architecture problem

Training a team on tools they don't have infrastructure for is teaching people to drive without giving them a road. Once files, projects, and information are structured so AI can use them, the team teaches themselves. Without that, no workshop sticks.

Build first, then govern

You don't need a Chief AI Officer signing model risk policies for infrastructure that doesn't exist yet. You need a builder who slows down to speed up: onboarding, logins, piloting alongside daily work. The unglamorous foundation is the work.

There's no "right way" to do creative ops

There's only what fits the people in the room. A great engagement is an art of pulling different levers: playing to strengths, noticing where someone's struggling versus learning, finding the tech that fits the grooves of an existing business.

How I work

What Danee Co does

Diagnose workflow friction, observe how teams do their work, recommend tooling, and implement systems until the client is self-sufficient. AI enablement work is me, hands-on. Production engagements flex with a curated network of trusted specialist talent: photographers, designers, editors, production crew.

What Danee Co doesn't do

  • ✦ Generic AI demos disconnected from your real operational context
  • ✦ Consultant dependency. You leave with systems you run yourselves
  • ✦ Engagements with teams that don't want to try new approaches
  • ✦ Staffing-agency or scaled-agency models

Values

Curiosity over rigidity

The best clients are open, willing to experiment, and want to understand, not just receive. I meet people where they are and guide the learning.

Self-sufficiency by design

Every system is built so clients own and run it independently after the engagement ends. That's a design constraint, not a hope.

Constraints as creative fuel

Budgets, ambiguity, and tight timelines aren't obstacles. They're the conditions great work gets built inside of.

Humanity + clarity

Operational precision without losing the people. Every process gets built with empathy for the humans using it.
